Making A Purchase
Making a purchase on www.wijayabike.com it's very easy and simple. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Minimum Order Quantity
www.wijayabike.com does not have any minimum order quantity, you can order 1 item only.

Please make sure the quantity is correct when you make the orders because merge shipments will get the best shipping rates.

If you do not finish/provide the payment for more than 6 days after you make the orders, then you agree your order was canceled.

The following terms and conditions apply regarding Rewards Point Program.

  • A customer earns 1 point for each $10 spent from orders of $30 or higher (tax and shipping/handling excluded).
  • Points are added to the account when an order is completed or shipped and are subtracted when an order is canceled, declined, or refunded.
  • Only one coupon can be used per order.
  • Members must be signed in to their accounts in order to redeem points.
  • Points that have been redeemed cannot be used again.
  • Points are restricted to one account and cannot be transferred or combined with another to redeem a reward.


Manufacturers Warranties
All products sold by www.wijayabike.com have a manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defects are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.

Shipping
www.wijayabike.com offers Land, Air Freight, and Sea Freight delivery services.

Delivery Time for Air Freight is 10 - 12  days, depending on your area/ city/ or country location.
Delivery Time for Sea Freight is 20 - 22 days, depending on your area/ city/ or country location.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place the item in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. We know how it feels when you buy online and want it ASAP.

* Each shipment will be provided with a Tracking Number / Bill of Lading Number.
