If you have an item that needs to be returned please contact your sales representative or the e-commerce department by phone for instructions. Returns will be refunded in the form they were purchased within 5-7 business days after the item is received.
Unopened and Unused Items
Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receiving the item. If the item was purchased locally it may be returned for a full refund, if the item was delivered cost of pick-up and delivery will not be covered. If the item was shipped, the actual costs of outbound and inbound shipping will not be covered, even if the item was "free shipping". We can help offer discounted rates on returned items but not packaging.
Opened and Unused Items

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee for inspection, cleaning, and repackaging. These items must be taken to a local service center to get a recommended letter under warranty. wijayabike.com will bound the return fee from your location. And then we will arrange all documents needed to claim the warranty from the manufacturer including a recommended letter from your local service center. wijayabike.com will be responsible for Defective products 100% to make sure all customers are satisfied.
wijayabike.com accepts returns on damaged equipment. Please note, wijayabike.com only accepts damaged equipment if you receive the damage because of the shipping.
